Galland Design brings experience of over 25 years working for various Architectural practices in London, UK and Portugal. I offer a design and project management service specialising in the residential and commercial market. Whether you are looking to buy a holiday home, renovate a charming ruin or invest in a plot of land to build your dream house, look no further. I can source the right design team, help you through the planning stages, project manage the build and advise on interior finishes and fittings.
I am in partnership with real estate agencies who have over 30 years worth of experience in the Algarve property sector. Galland Design can offer you the combined expertise of architectural design and project management knowledge to bring you a one-stop project service. I will guide you through the planning and building approval stages, help with the selection of building contractors and sub contractors, project manage the build as well as manage the budget through to hand over stage. We can also provide an after care and management service should you want to let out your property to make a return on your investment.

Architect + Project Manager
Most of my working experience has taken place in the UK where I have worked for various Architectural practices based in London. I have worked for a diversified group of companies specialising in project management of high-end retail units such as Burberry and Ferragamo as well as theatre and art gallery design for Terry Pawson Architects. I have also worked on numerous projects in the Algarve over the last couple of years.
I specialise in project management from small-scale new builds and refurbishments to multi-million Euro schemes over 3000 m². My aim is to provide great working relationships with my clients, to deliver projects on time and as far as possible, on budget. Obtaining business through clients that have recommended us would be my ultimate goal.
