Galland Design and Arquitectura by Paula Ribeiro brings together two Architects who have a combined portfolio of experience of over 25 years working for various Architectural practices in London, UK and Portugal. We are in partnership with real estate agencies who have over 30 years worth of experience in the Algarve property sector. Galland Design & Arquitectura by Paula Ribeiro can offer you the combined expertise of architectural design and project management knowledge to bring you a one-stop project service. We will guide you through the planning and building  approval stages, help with the selection of building contractors and sub contractors, project manage the build as well as manage the budget through to hand over stage. We can also provide an after care and management service should you want to let out your property to make a return on your investment.

Most of my working experience has taken place in the UK where I have worked for various Architectural practices based in London. I have worked for a diversified group of companies specialising in project management of high-end retail units such as Burberry and Ferragamo as well as theatre and art gallery design for Terry Pawson Architects. I have also worked on numerous projects in the Algarve over the last couple of years.

 

I specialise in project management from small-scale new builds and refurbishments to multi-million Euro schemes over 3000 m². My aim is to provide great working relationships with my clients, to deliver projects on time and as far as possible, on budget. Obtaining business through clients that have recommended us would be my ultimate goal.

Most of my architectural experience is in residential developments, where I have great technical ability and real creative flair for architectural and interior design. I have also worked in medium and large scale projects such as commercial, institutional, healthcare and touristic projects during my career.

I am capable of developing the architectural design from the given design concept through to final design documentation. I have experience of working with high caliber practices and I have the advantage and the ability to coordinate with clients and consultants.
